Introducing WROAR Blog Talk Radio

February 24th, 2012 by rob white

UPDATE – 03.02.12

Episode 1 is now available on WROAR

I’d like to take a moment to invite you to participate in my new Blog Talk-Radio Show. I’m calling it W.R.O.A.R. Blog Talk-Radio. It’s about learning how to Win in life by learning how to Recognize your true aspirations and aims … Organize your self-talk so it supports you … Absorb the truth of your unlimited nature … so you can Realize your dreams of winning. W – R.O.A.R. (Click here for a preview.)

The first talk-radio program begins on Thursday, the first day of March at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time … JK Allen will be co-hosting with me, and we will be on the air for thirty minutes. Please join us. It’s going to be a lot of fun.

The purpose of the talk-radio broadcast is to help you disentangle yourself from negative habit-patterns that stop you from living your dreams. We will examine opinions that stop you from acting in a productive manner. We will also investigate what it takes to be the superlatively creative being that you are here to experience yourself being.

You are invited to call in and participate … you can ask questions … you can offer suggestions. And if you decide to just listen, it will still elevate your consciousness so you may rise into the awareness of your incredible potential.

The conversation will be revealing … it will reveal your conditioned self to yourself.

You will gain insights and understandings about how your mind works, which determines how well your life is working.

You will become aware of your superlatively creative power … and … will be surprised and amazed at how foolishly you sometimes use it.

All of the struggles between ‘the self’ and ‘the world’ arise from one’s ignorance of his or her curious and ambitious nature. This ignorance of the true self is the only thing that stops you from accessing your hidden talents … your unrealized potential.

Please do tune in to WROAR on Thursday eve at 8:00. I will offer you WORD-lessons, and more importantly – I will show you how to convert the WORD-Lessons into WORLD-lessons – that’s where the power lies. WORD-lessons become WORLD-lessons when you learn to express them.

It’s when you express the empowering truths, that we’ll discuss on the radio show (so they become WORLD-lessons), that you gain lasting wisdom. Wisdom opens a whole new world to you.

I’m looking forward to chatting with you … and until then, imagine yourself the designer of your life-destiny… because that is what you are going to learn to be.

Please leave a brief comment, so I know you dropped by and read this post.

Thank you and blessings

Tune in here: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/wroar. Thursday, March 1st 8pm EST.

So awesome Rob. You know I’ll be listening in. I may be too shy to call in with my whacky problems, but rest assured I’ll be listening! I think this is good stage for you – I love it when you go off on tangents! Let it loose! Hugs. :)

    • rob says:

Hi Kara. I love it that you love it when i go off on tangents. I plan to let it loose when letting it loose is the right and perfect thing to do. Blessings

  2. Deeone Higgs says:

I’m ready, Rob! Ready to listen, learn, and add to the conversation if possible! Let’s get ready to ROAR!! (place actual roar here) hehe :)

    • rob says:

Hi Deeone. you ROAR with great vibration when you speak. It is not the words, but the way you carry the words that makes you powerful. I’ll hear you soon. Blessings

  3. Oh yea! A chance to speak with you both, how cool is that? I will call in (unless my children are misbehaving at bedtime!) but I wonder if I’ll get through since I am sure your phone lines will be jammed with folks trying to get through :)

    • rob says:

Hi julie. i imagine I know what your voice sounds like. It will be fun to see how close my imagining is to the real thing when you call in! Blessings

  4. sylvia says:

Looking forward to a review of the power of words on my world. From my 60 yes’a day to learning to substitute “oops” for “asshole” in my self talk, your lessons on the importance of our words has been a powerful asset for change. I encourage others to commit the time to value themselves in this way.
While I may actually listen from a desk somewhere, my spirit will be walking at the sacred pond. (I have a series of photos on my phone so I can go there anytime.) I also wanted to share that I have given the promise ” I am a rich and privileged child of infinate intelligence, marvelously made and destined to win at whatever I set my mind to and I am worthy of all that is good and beautiful.” to my son who is setting them to music for me. My soul sings these words and I am so excited to have them to music my son has created for me. How cool is that!!

    • rob says:

WOW sylvia. You have just given me fodder for the first airing of W.R.O.A.R You not only look at enriching facts, but you look for methods to put them in your life; how great is that! blessings

  5. This sounds really cool Rob, Jk! I’ll do my best to be there for the first show! All the best with it!
    :-)
    Lori

    • rob says:

Hi Lori. I hope you can make it to the blog talk-show radio conversation. A cucumber is bitter. There are briars in the road. Why are there such things in the world? We’ll discuss all of it on the show. Blessings

  6. Carol Anne says:

Good for you Rob and JK. I miss those webinars so I am looking forward to this! :) This should be fun. You know I’ll be listening in again. I’m not much of caller. But I will have my notepad out and maybe a nice glass of wine! Is wine OK for self-help stuff? I never know… :0

  7. Pat McCain says:

Cool stuff man. Lets see what you got! If I can keep my youngins entertained long enough to have some quiet time Ill be there with ya. I’ve been reading along for a while now, so I am curious to hear if you got the ‘chops’ to go with your ROAR. You have a pretty good radio voice judging from the preview… just watch out for those lions lurking about! haha. I’d love to hear more about how you and JK got hooked up too. See ya… I mean “hear ya” soon

    • rob says:

Hi pat. Do i have the chops to go with the R.O.A.R.? WOW, do I have the chops! I have the chops to share things that are higher than our foolish desires and chronic agitations. We’ll have a ball. Please get involved. Thank you.

  8. Roger Pascal says:

Alright. I’ll be tuning in. Sounds like a great way to wrap up my day. And a much more productive use of time than the lame brain sitcoms I’m usually watching.

  9. It’s on my calendar Rob – looking forward to it!

    Best wishes for continued success,

    Alex

    • rob says:

Hi Alex. You’ll learn the simplicity and effectiveness of real communication on the talk-show. Maybe, I’ll learn it, and you’ll show me how it works. Thank you.

  10. Hiten says:

    Hi Rob,

I’ve just realised the show will be on at 1 am UK time! I’ll be asleep for work the next day.

Just a couple of questions. Will the show be available as a podcast so I can hear it later? Also, can people e-mail in questions?

Best of luck with this Rob.

    • rob says:

Yes Hiten, the podcast will be available, and please do e-mail in anything you want to have discussed. Everyone is welcome to do this, and we’ll see how much of it we can cover. Thank you

      • Hiten says:

        Hi Rob,

This sounds great. Thank you. I look forward to listening to the podcast afterwards. Thanks also for letting me know about e-mailing questions in!

  11. John says:

Oh man. I’m usually rehearsing around that time but I will try to make it. I’ll try to get my FUBAR band to listen in. Maybe I can get everyone to take a break and listen in for 30 minutes. It will be like the group therapy we need. I know I need it. One thing I’ve been trying to get across to them is that we all need our minds aligned on the same thing. I don’t know how to get people there without offending. If I can get them to hear it from somebody else it might turn a lightbulb on in their numbskulls

    • rob says:

Hi John. Don’t try to make it … make it to the blog talk-show radio broadcast. There is a small part of you that insists that you make it – listen to it. Thank you.

  12. Justin Mazza says:

    Hey Rob,
This sounds awesome my friend. I already marked my calendar so I can tune in and listen. Looking forward to it, I know that you guys will provide much value for the listeners.

    Take care…

    • rob says:

Hi Justin. What kind of battle-cry turns our emotions into allies against our misfortune? …. Listen in. We will investigate interesting topics like that. Thank you.

  13. Rus says:

Hey brother man. Sounds cool. If I’m off for the night I’ll be listening. I want to be your first “long time listener, first time caller” :) . If I miss the live show I’ll be sure to listen to the recording. If you need show ideas let me know… I think you should do a money show and let people ask you how life is different (or not?) for a millionaire.

    • rob says:

Hi Justin. I will do a ‘money show’, and let people ask me what it takes to be a millionaire. Don’t ask someone who has merely read a book or two on the matter. Ask someone who has gone from nothing (in the financial domain), to attracting a mini-fortune. Blessings

  14. J.D. Meier says:

    > disentangle yourself from negative habit-patterns that stop you from living your dreams
Very lucidly put, and that’s your gift.

I like your focus on words and how self-expression inspires our world. It’s what we say, and how we say it that shapes what we see, or don’t see. And seeing is a two-way street … with believing.

    • rob says:

Hi J.D. It’s nice to hear from you. Long time, no hear! Will you be offering your pragmatic way of looking at things on my blog talk-show radio program? I am quite enthusiastic abut the mystical and scientific lessons that will be offered, and intend to present them as efficiently as possible. What can you suggest? Hope you tune in. Thank you

  15. Alan007 says:

This is good idea, Rob. I love reading the blogs and every week I think I’ve I got a new magic secret that’s going to change everything… but I usually slip back into my usual patterns by the end of the week. I think that if I hear real life examples of how people apply this stuff in their own lives it will be a help. I want to hear from people who have actually used this stuff to improve their lives. Seems like a lot of blog dudes are bit delusional because they live in a blog world. I need to hear the real deal, BABY! :) Seems like you and JK have your acts together.

    • rob says:

Hi Alan. YES, too many folks get caught up in the blog world these days, thinking it is the real world. My blog talk-radio show will bring the conversation to the real world. Tune in. Thank you

  16. Magic Marc says:

Yo right on! Too many dudes dudes think WORD lessons ane WORLD lessons are the same. They are the dopes who read the POWer of NOW in their parents basement thinking they are some kind of Mr Miagi from Karate Kid. Dudes got to learn how to put their money where their mouths is and walk their talk. I can BS with the best of them but back my bull SHIZ UP, SO. WHICH is why YOU got to get me co-hositing with you — TRUTST ME WE WILL TALK BRO. TALKTALKTALKTALKTALKTALK!!! HAHAHHAHA! I got Mad tips for people who just need to keep things TRUE. So many dudes just don’t how to get RIGHT. I can tell whasup! I’ll be checking up on yall ROARRRRRRR SON ROAARRRR!!!

    • rob says:

Hi Magic. Bring that energy with you Thursday eve, when you listen in (and hopefully join in). Thank you

    • sylvia says:

Hi Magic, I too love your energy and I want to share a thought about what you shared and what I have learned. I trust you will hear it in the loving voice it is spoken with. When you say “They are the dopes who read the POWer of NOW in their parents basement thinking they are some kind of Mr Miagi from Karate Kid.” It puts somebody down. I read Power of Now and many other books because I was searching. That person in the basement is on the path…perhaps a bit different place than you but the same path none the less. When you honor their journey you honor yourself. The other thing is something I learned from Rob. When we call someone else, dope, jerk, ass etc…we hear it in our brain and it speaks to that part of us, that other self, that believes we are not enough. Yesterday, someone commented to me that I said “shit” alot…and I stopped and was reminded to pay attention to my words as a way to honor myself. I hope I have communicated so it makes sense to you and I hope Rob will share about words on his show since it has been a huge tool for me. Hugs… Always enjoy today.

  17. Jk Allen says:

    Hi Rob,

I’m excited about the radio show this Thursday. I’m ready for the experience. To me it’s more than a show, it’s a life-changing-experience for all that are willing to be open and honest.
    Talk soon!

    • rob says:

Hi Jk. Albert Einstein said that when minds mingle in the name of learning something new, a higher form of perception is developed amongst all participants. This is what we are up to. Indeed it is more than a show; it’s an extraordinary event! I am glad that you are co-hosting; for you are possessed by an energetic mind. blessings

  18. Angry Ramone says:

Hey Rob, this sounds like a great compliment to the blog. I can see how they could really build off each other. I can email in some questions too. Personally, I always like the money tips and conversation. I can never hear that stuff enough! It goes in one ear and out the other… not on purpose, but I just need more of it. Just like my money, in one pocket out the other. Looking forward to it.

    • rob says:

Hi Ramone. Mental pain occurs in the domain of money when fear of poverty collides with straight facts. You’ll understand this better when you tune in on Thursday eve. Blessings

  19. SaltySailorMan says:

This sounds like a winner, Rob. Your energy needs a good outlet. I look forward to hearing what you guys are up to. I know our personal conversations always get me riled up, so I am sure I can expect the same from the radio show.

    • rob says:

Hi Salty. you can expect clarity when you listen in on Thursday eve at 8:00 pm EST. Student: What will be clear? Teacher: That curiosity has a unique power of its own. Blessings

  20. The Vizier says:

    Hi Rob,

This certainly looks like an interesting program!

I will probably listen in and see how it goes!

    Irving the Vizier

    • rob says:

Hi Irving. I hope you take your interest beyond ‘probably’ to ‘passionately’ … I believe listening in to the talk-radio broadcast will help you mingle your mind with others folks who are up to something more than just surviving in life. Thank you

  21. GeorgieBoy 1969 says:

Alright Rob! I must say, you are a shining example for all us Babyboomers out there. I come here precisely because I want to keep on ROARIng now that I’m entering my “retirement.” I’m really inspired to get going out there in my own way. I’ve been feeling pretty optimistic and alive lately, and it’s because I’ve been really engrossed in some new projects. There is no reason to take it easy and slow down… quite the opposite. I’ll be tuning in for some of that Rocket Fuel Thursday.

    • rob says:

Hi Georgie. We will offer you rocket fuel that will take you to the moon (if that’s where you want to go). Most folks have trouble giving themselves permission to wander beyond their comfort zone (which is less than a foot off the ground). Tune in and you will get tuned up! Thank you

  22. Alicia says:

Hey Rob. I can’t stress enough how much you keep me going just because you walk your talk. I do love that you are out there doing all these different things. I signed up for the meetup group. This is all such an amazing resource. Hopefully I can absorb some of your great energy with all this. How exciting. See and hear you soon. ROAR!

    • rob says:

Hi alicia. Walking one’s talk is the only way to actualize one’s dreams. So many folks try to come up with schemes to actualize their dreams without backing it up with action. It just won’t happen. Thank you

  23. This is really cool, rob. i shall give it a shot to listen. Ever though it will be 6 a.m. here. That is ok I am an early riser. Thank you for the reminder about the W.R.O.A.R. Blog Talk-Radio. Love the name.
    Blessing to you,
    Debbie

    • rob says:

Hi Debbie. The blog talk-show radio broadcast will be about learning to be clear so that you may master your life. You are a clear writing individual. This show is right up your alley! I’d love you to join us. Thank you

  24. Patricia says:

Very exciting stuff and it does fit nicely into the book I just reviewed NEW
    Thanks for you comments…

Oh I wish I could just leap forward….I keep smacking into a wall of illness…so I am attempting to think this is the point I am supposed to be at…maybe I need all this sleep to heal?

    • rob says:

Hi Patricia. All of this time, in the corner of your consciousness, lies a YOU that is omniscient. This YOU has the answers that you are seeking. You still resist it. I hear the resistance in your comments. Trust and surrender to this pure sense of knowing what’s best for you. Listen in tonight and you will begin to learn how (on my blog talk-radio broadcast).

  25. Richard Roma says:

I’m on vacation in La Jolla. My hotel has internet in the lobby so I will try to catch you there. I’ll try to convince my wife to listen in… It will distract her from shopping for a little while anyway. Can’t wait to get back and “meet up” soon too.

  26. Joan says:

Word to world! I love that. You have a way with the written word, can’t wait to here what you can spin live on the air. That is just the thing I need though. I have way too much going on in my head and not enough real world changes. I’d like to hear how others have improved there lives in tangible ways. I have so many doubts and struggles with this type of conversation lately, because I just havent seen the big changes in my life yet. This will be timely! :)

    • rob says:

Hi Joan. Tune in (tonight on my first blog talk-show broadcast) and chime in if your heart compels you to do so. You have something to offer. Blessings

  27. Pat McCain says:

Ahahha… you got the chops my friend. :) You guys need some fine, fine tuning but the Grand Piano is there and ready for the Symphony. I’ll be back… ROAR!

    • rob says:

Thank you Pat. Indeed we need fine tuning. next week we will be re-taking our miss-takes with refined action. I believe you will like what you hear. I truly like your spirit, pat. Blessings

  28. Rus says:

Alllright! Finally had a chance to catch up. Good stuff brother! I think the thing that struck home most for me was what you said to Hugh about “creating problems”… Thats what I do in work all the time. I get all worked up about things that nobody else cares about. I obsess about worrying about things customers will never see (I own a limo service – for everyone else)… I know they are not looking under the seats, yet I have nightmares that there is a stray “cigarette” butt, or fast food wrapper that got left behind. I know it’s in my head but it literally wakes me up in the middle of the night! Anyway, I’m done “creating” problems… I’ve got enough to worry about. Love the tips I can use… Man, I’ve read so many philosophy type books, but I just got to get right and take your tips to my business life. Looking forward to next week!

    • rob says:

Hi Rus. I appreciate your honesty. I like your straight way of speaking. progress through self-insight is the quickest way to breakthrough success. I’ll see you at the top! blessings

  29. Hiten says:

    Hi Rob,

I just heard the first show. It was totally amazing. I felt completely empowered after listening to it. You are so right. The world is indeed a mirror of what we project on to it. I’m going to be using the technique you talked Deeone through whenever I’m feeling stuck with a problem.

It was great to hear your voice too Rob. And Deeone’s! :-)

You’re doing some great things with this show Rob. Thank you. And thank you to JK as well.

    • rob says:

Hi Hiten. You are one of my inspirations. you have a great WOW spirit. This is your gift to the world (and to me). The show is going to get a lot better. Receptivity to betterment brings betterment. Jk, Nick & I are receptive to betterment in all we do. thank you

      • Hiten says:

        Hi Rob,

Thank you so much for your comments about me. I much appreciate it and it’s very kind of you. It means a lot. You too are a great inspiration to me, as you have been ever since I discovered your blog. Yes, I’m sure the show will get better and better. I’m thoroughly looking forward to the next show.

        Take care,

        Hiten
