The Ultimate Understanding

January 27th, 2012 by rob white

The major purpose of the Mind Adventure Learning Center is to invite folks to assemble and support one another to understand what it truly is to be a human being:

I believe the above understanding is a culmination of man’s endless search for something beyond himself. The search is over. The something that we are looking for is an understanding of this truth:

Understanding this Ultimate Understanding places one on a high mental vibration that attunes him to many more supporting truths. You need not understand everything there is to understand about yourself, but if you are to live the glorious life you came here to experience, it is important to understand that you are a rich and majestic child of infinite intelligence. When you thoroughly understand this, understanding the rest is easy.

Speak these words slowly: I am a rich and majestic child of infinite intelligence. Speak them with full meaning in your voice: I am a rich and majestic child of infinite intelligence. Speak them aloud and hear them with mindfulness, not just with your rigid intellect: I am a rich and majestic child of infinite intelligence. Sing the words from the heart until you intuitively feel the tantalizing lure: I am a rich and majestic child of infinite intelligence.

All efforts to understand this first part of the Ultimate Understanding strengthens you. It leaves you with an astonishingly agile mind that enables you to abandon any false image that you’re holding of yourself.

You decide what this understanding specifically means to you. One thing is certain – contemplating it deserves your time and passion. With contemplation, you travel the inner road to higher ground where you unite with your soaring spirit. Your spirit knows this truth about you.

Feel the rightness of what you are reading. The feeling of rightness makes it easy to erase any misleading opinions that try to ground you.

It is great news to understand that you are a rich and majestic child. The mental magic can be used to prove it is true. Infinite intelligence is an endless source of incalculable wisdom and truth. When you understand that you are a child of this intelligence, your mind tunes into universal mind and it’s endless reservoir of enlightenment.

When attuned to universal mind, you cannot help but feel super self-sufficient, which is the feeling of being whole and complete, just as you are. There is something very appealing about this. Would you agree?

This Ultimate Understanding is the fundamental philosophy of Mind Adventure Inc. It is the raison d’etre of Mind Adventure Inc. And the purpose of the Learning Center is to spread the word.

We are used to being human, aren’t we? However, the human beings we are used to being are fraught with thoughts of inadequacy and unworthiness to some greater or lesser degree. Thus, we hear people commonly say, “I’m only human” or “It’s just me.” At the Learning Center, we will conduct classes to ponder the ‘I AM’ that exists beyond ‘only human’ or ‘just me’.

The next time you hear yourself saying, “It’s Impossible” about achieving something … stop and say, “Impossible?… not so. I’m possible, therefore it’s possible.” What’s in it for you when you say this? New possibilities!

Student: What is the ‘I AM’ that’s possible?
Teacher: The ‘I AM’ that is possible is the rich and majestic child of infinite intelligence, and therefore the ‘it’ that is possible is whatever you set your mind to.

Now sing out the truth one more time.

Are you beginning to understand? Be glad when this understanding reveals something very different from what you believe about yourself right now. The revelation is lifting you to higher plateaus of perception.

I’ve only written about the ‘majestic child’ part of the Ultimate Understanding because there is only so much room in a blog. The whole enchilada is covered in my soon-to-be-released book.

Please share your thoughts on this Ultimate Understanding. No one needs to remain timid anymore. Be bold. Speak out! Let us know what this brings to mind for you.

Thank you and Blessings

Ohh I love this! Im printing that out and putting it on my bathroom mirror. I think we all can’t be reminded of this enough. Right now I feel like charging into my day like I can take on the world. I’m just having the magic feeling where anything can happen today. The trick for me is to stay feeling good straight through the day. I know I’ll have my dips but I can’t let that petty thinking set in anymore. I’m starting with the basics today. Feeling worthy of all that is good and beautiful means having a completely mindful and peaceful day. I’m going to appreciate the abundance all around me from a good yoga session and a cup of tea to coming home to roof that doesnt leak :) From there I can launch into greater and greater prosperity. Thanks for the boost Rob! And thanks for making me best comment too! (finally! :) :) )

    • rob says:

hi Alicia. Real intelligence is the growth of one’s consciousness. something that I’ve been noticing about you. Thank you for your dedication to this task. Blessings

  2. Deeone says:

I’m with Alicia on this, Rob! I love it!! So much so, that I had to write the major purpose of the Mind Adventure Learning Center down in my trusty little “Better Me” notebook to use it in my morning mantra! In this note book, I drop down any and every lesson that comes to me, whether it’s a thought (shared or my own), something that I’m researching, points I want to make in my book, whatever it is… it goes in my trusty partner in my newest life. It says to me that It’s Possible because I’m possible.

For many years of my life, I grew up thinking that because I was a product of an affair between my mother and father, I too, was a mistake. That’s some weight for a kid to grow up believing. I laugh now at how long I carried that weight around with me. But the thought alone held me captive of any ambitions or hopes I had for being something more than I was. I couldn’t for the life of me see that I was chosen to have my life, with those specific issues. It’s those issues that would teach me how to go get what’s mine! Never settling for wearing that title, but form my own title and take ownership of my life.

I read somewhere, and I can’t remember where at the moment, that we choose to be apart of the whole earth experience before we’re even conceived, our spirit chooses. If this is so, I chose my parents for whatever reason to put into me what I needed the most from them. I don’t know if I would be writing if I didn’t get it from my mother. I don’t know if I wouldn’t have the confidence of putting myself out there, if I didn’t get that confidence and love for facing my fears from my father.

I had to retrain my mind to know that I am still possible! And this mantra further lets me know that the Impossible is continuously happening to and for me. I’ve seen tremendous self-control, self-respect, and improvements within myself. I see how it’s possible! It’s truly a new day! And I am FEELING SO VERY GOOD about the newness of each and every day! :)

This post expresses my sentiments to a “T”! Thanks for sharing your awesomeness with the world, Rob! My wish is to one day tap so much into myself that I am causing the changes within people that you continuously cause within me. Thank you, my friend! :)

    • rob says:

Hi Deeone. “I had to retrain my mind to know that I am still possible” As you’ve learned, Deeone, retraining your mind brings you more and more intelligence – a radiant intelligence that makes you more alive and makes your life richer. this is of what you speak. thank you

  3. Hi Rob,

Yes, I totally embrace and understand this, at core.

I almost have to ignore third dimensional reality at times so I can remember it. Everything is a process and can take time to fully come into being, and that’s fine. As long as we keep it at the forefront of our mind and heart, then we can move on in the best direction of the soul.

    • rob says:

Hi Julie. “Everything is a process and can take time to fully come into being” …YES, it takes time. The brain is a mechanism, it has no intelligence. It has functional utility. It takes time to trains the brain so it help you fully realize. You are very aware of this, aren’t you. blessings

  4. Hiten says:

This was such a beautiful post Rob.

I read the sentence just as you instructed. It reminded me of some powerful words I read by an Indian spiritual leader, who stated that we humans should never underestimate ourselves. He said the Sun, the Moon and the Sky existed because our eyes allowed them too. That is how powerful we are.

Thanks again for such a touching post.

    • rob says:

Hi Hiten. I love your comment. it comes directly from your heart-mind. What is understanding? It is pure intelligence. How do you get to pure intelligence? Include your heart-mind in the process. The head mind is filled with intellectual rambling. Nice job! Thank you

      • Hiten says:

        Hi Rob,

What you said about the heart-mind reminded me of a friend of mine who teaches people how to do public speaking and to do so from the heart. Speaking from the heart makes our speeches passionate and authentic. I think this can be applied to anything we undertake, yet as humans we can forget to use a great resource that we all have to help us; namely our hearts.

  5. Wonderful affirmation, Rob! That’s always the hardest part of life, isn’t it – just believing that we’re good enough to live it properly and benefit from it. I have a hard time with this myself, being a perfectionistic type, so repeating mantras like yours can really be helpful. I’ll tack on my favorite one at the end, which I came up with for my own purposes: “I am lovable, loving, and loved.”

Best of luck with your new Learning Center and your book! Both sound wonderful, and I can’t wait to hear more! :)

    • rob says:

Hi jennifer. “That’s always the hardest part of life, isn’t it – just believing”…Believing belongs to the watching consciousness. To believe, we must drop borrowed thoughts that stop us from believing something new. This is what makes believing the hardest part (dropping precious borrowed thoughts that stop us from believing). Thank you for bringing this out. Blessings

  6. Roger Pascal says:

Hi Rob. What I like about this (and what we have talked about…) is that I used to “set my mind” to being an ornery SOB and I certainly won at that! In fact I was an Olympic champ. Now I’m in training to be a Happy Son of Gun 100% of the time. I wish it came as naturally as my bad tendencies. I am a natural athlete when it comes to winning at the “life sucks and then you die” game. The good news is all it takes is mental training and I know I can get there. I still like complaining from time to time but it is different these days. It’s like an indulgence… I kind of take a taste and smile when I catch myself doing it. Thanks for this message today. Just what I needed to stay on target.

    • rob says:

Hi Roger. “I wish it came as naturally as my bad tendencies” …Bad tendencies belong to the mind. They feel natural so long as you accept them as natural. Memory is a mechanical thing. You’re the mechanic. You can get in their and change things. Keep going! Thank you

  7. Kara says:

Hi Rob. I absolutely love it!!! I’ve been repeating this all day. One of my co-workers caught me talking to myself this afternoon! LOL! This message is so so super positive it should be spread everywhere. So many people I know wast all their energy dumping on themselves and others… if they could just hear the truth every once in a while the world be a better place. This is the kind of thing I need to keep in mind when I have the most doubts. Sometimes I think becoming a marketing exec just seems so far off and impossible. I just have to keep trusting in myself and believe, believe, believe! That’s all there really is to it. Thanks for this message. I’ve got it as wallpaper on my phone and I’m going to pull it out whenever I get cranky!

    • rob says:

Hi kara. “This is the kind of thing I need to keep in mind when I have the most doubts” … intelligent thinking depends upon right knowledge. You are a rich and majestic child of infinite intelligence – this is right knowledge. I love that you are memorizing this so that it may sink deep into the heart-mind. Thank you.

  8. Brian Driggs says:

I am a rich and majestic child of infinite intelligence. I am a walking, talking, living, breathing, self-aware nexus of infinite possibilities. There is no ceiling, only sky. And this just keeps getting better by the day.

    Something wonderful is happening.

    • rob says:

Hi Brian. “There is no ceiling, only sky” … ah yes, when we can say this and really mean it, really understand it … then we go beyond it. Now there is no ceiling to what we can accept as true about our marvelously made nature. Thank you

      • Brian Driggs says:

Thank YOU, Rob. The only limits I see today are those I impose myself.

I mean, when you think about it, we put men on the Moon with less computing power than the devices we hold in our hands to check the time or date these days. The only reason we don’t have jetpacks and flying cars in the 21st century is because we haven’t thought ourselves capable of building them ourselves.

Atomic Action leads to perpetual motion. methinks.

        • rob says:

The real question, Brian, is ,”How will you take atomic action in your life?” Great relief accompanies this insight. Blessings

  9. Carol Anne says:

Oh a Rich and Majestic Child! I love that. I was an only child and demanded the “Royal Princess” treatment from my parents. Does that count? :) Life is too short to stop there though. I hear this message loud and clear. I think there are so many levels to reach in life we have to keep climbing up and up. There really is no stopping. Every challenge I’ve faced this year has really pushed me and through it all I feel like a I have a strong foundation that keeps me going. In many ways I do feel like a rich and majestic child. No matter how hard the road ahead looks I literally feel that my foundation of love and support will help me over any mountain. To me this is all about trusting that there are forces at work continually urging us onward if we just learn to trust in that infinite “thing.”

    • rob says:

Hi Carol Anne. “I think there are so many levels to reach in life we have to keep climbing up and up” …wisdom is very clear, clear about the many levels there are to climb before we reach the Ultimate Understanding of our existence. Nice distinction. Thank you

  10. “The next time you hear yourself saying, “It’s Impossible” about achieving something … stop and say, “Impossible?… not so. I’m possible, therefore it’s possible.” What’s in it for you when you say this? New possibilities!”

    Beautiful. True. Powerful.

Thank you so much, Rob, for this inspiring post of possibility. I especially loved the repeated personal mantra. I AM rich, marvelously made and worthy! Thanks for the reminder! We can all use that reminder from time to time.

    • rob says:

Hi ken. there is a sincere part of you that constantly shines through. it is your gift to the world. When you project this sincerity, you teach others what they need – control of their kingdom within. look at the results of living from sincerity. Keep it up! Thank you

  11. Love this one Rob! With your permission, I plan to use your affirmation as my computer’s screen saver so I will be reminded of this truth everyday.

    Thanks so much,

    Alex

    • rob says:

Hi Alex. I love that you would consider using this Ultimate Understanding as your screen saver. Thank you. When you accept the Ultimate Understanding, you abandon whatever does you no good. you’ve come a long way with the intention of doing exactly that. Blessings

  12. Rus says:

Yeah. Right on brother man. This goes so far beyond worldly goods and possessions. When I feel worthy of all that is good and beautiful I want for nothing. I have moments where I am so happy with the miracle of being alive that I will literally cry some tears of joy! I am happy with the path I have chosen in my life, and that is the way of peace, joy and ease. Of course its not all strawberry shortcake. I have lapses and go into funks, but overall I am doing very, very good! I’ve set my mind to feeling this peace a little tiny bit more everyday. Sticking to my path is how I get to feel that Ultimate Understanding

    • rob says:

Hi Rus. Getting to the Ultimate Understanding is an individual matter, for sure. it is necessary to be dissatisfied with one’s life in order to get to the Ultimate Understanding and change one’s life. It’s called ‘inspirational dissatisfaction’. Blessings

  13. Alan007 says:

Hey Rob. I grew up as fat kid and didn’t really grow out of it until middle school. It was a pivotal moment for me when I decided to get fit, eat right and drop that baggage. I’ve never felt like a rich and majestic child at ALL. Of course I felt better and more confident when I was fit, but there is always part of me that feels like a chubby little runt who gets picked on. Even though everyone I went to school with completely forgot or didnt care that I was ever a fat kid I’ve never dropped it 100%. This is all coming up because I am remembering when I was a kid. Now when I feel rejected for any reason that same feeling of shame and embarrassment still washes over me. Getting fit and healthy is easy in comparison – I just got angry and changed and it stuck with me. Now I’m fed up and angry that I can’t completely meet my goals socially. I wish it was as easy as just making a workout routine. I want to make bold changes but the steps are not always clear or obvious to me

    • rob says:

Hi Alan. Erase wrong beliefs by coming to the Ultimate Understanding, and you will no longer be distracted by your past misfortunes. Stick with it! Blessings

  14. Hi Rob,

well you have got some exciting plans – the book will be fantastic and it’s great you can also offer people support and tuition. I have a lot to learn myself but I definitely believe anything is possible sothat’s a good start!

So happy to connect with you and be inspired to greatness:)

    • rob says:

Hi Annabel. Might I offer you a tip that will help you along your journey? With the vanishing of the illusion of being a flawed being, frustration cannot occur. (we all live with this illusion to some degree). This Ultimate Understanding puts one in a ‘state of union’ with the ALL. Blessings to you.

      • Incredible. I was replying to your comment on my blog at the exact same moment you were replying to mine.

Yes, you can share your tips with me anytime and you hit the nail on the head there. I do tend to focus on my (non-existent;) flaws. I will stop and look forward to moving forward faster and with more joy:)

        Thanks Rob!

        • rob says:

          Hi Annabel.

Student: What is the best way to speak about self?

Teacher: The kingdom of heaven is within, and it can be personally expressed out into the world.

          blessings

  15. John says:

Ahh, what words what words! Beautifully said, Rob. It makes me feel like a kid who thinks he can do anything and just sees possibility everywhere. Knowing that there is an ultimate truth out there is what keeps me hammering along in the music business. To not do it would be impossible. Why? Because I simply refuse to live a life where I look back and feel like I didnt go all in. I’ve set my mind to it and just being so enamored with passion is its own reward. A specific goal seems trite to me. To me the Ultimate Understanding is living and breathing a passion. A life of creating art for art sake is a hard road to take in this society, but i know its the only one for me.

    • rob says:

Hi john. “To me the Ultimate Understanding is living and breathing a passion” … Christ and Buddha, both truly enlightened, lived with the Ultimate Understanding every moment f every day. Thus, they both practiced honest life-facing, not tricky life-evasion. This is what living and breathing a passion is about. Blessings

  16. sylvia says:

I am a rich and majestic child of infinite intelligence. I am marvelously made and destined to win at whatever I set my mind to, and I am worthy of all that is good and beautiful. Thank you for noticing these things about me.

    • rob says:

Hi Sylvia. I like your comment. You have a wonderfully joyous side. i enjoy it when you let it express. You can give pure joy to another human being only when you have pure joy. I will see you at the Learning Center … you know where it is. Blessings

  17. Joe Wilner says:

    Rob,

What a refreshing an uplifting post. I will certainly contemplate on this affirmation and take it in as deep as I can. I have been cultivating a greater oneness and overcoming my ego by meditating on questions such as “who am I?” And “what is my purpose?” It has really helped me connect with ideas you present.

    • rob says:

Hi Joe. you are an individual who not only mentally absorbs the truth, but you find ways to put it into your daily affairs. this trait is going to take you right to the top. When truth meets experience, the Ultimate Understanding explodes deep inside. Blessings to you.

  18. Angry Ramone says:

This is a little too far out there for me, Rob. I hear what you are saying but it is important to stay grounded and not delude ourselves. I’ll have moments where everything is clear as a bell and I am happy and I’ll still have moments of doubt and fear. I used to think I was getting too old to be scared of life anymore. I’ve come to the understanding that we will all die and experience ill health. We have to face the reality of feeling like crap some of the time. Goals come and goals go. I think understanding there is no answer to any of it, is the answer to all of it.

    • rob says:

Hi Ramone. i respect your opinion because I know you feel it is true for you. We live under events that anger us in life or above them, according to our cosmic level. Consider setting your sight higher. you deserve it. Blessings

  19. GeorgieBoy 1969 says:

Hi Rob. This makes me feel truly grateful for all the blessings in my life. Without ever thinking this way before I’ve managed to lead a successful and fulfilling life, but I don’t think I’ve ever thought of it as my doing. I don’t take credit for all my successes and am learning to do so now. I’ve learned it is important to pat myself on the back every once in a while, because for the first time in my life I am trying to have a big breakthrough. Everything before this has come relatively easy. Now, my biggest challenge is forgetting about my past life so I can get on with the next big phase of my life. I have to learn to consciously conjure up these feelings of this Ultimate Understanding. I’m moving out my comfort zone and it can be scary. If I’m really going to make the profound changes I want, I have to seriously take on thinking with a higher and higher consciousness. Thanks for this message.

    • rob says:

Hi Georgie. “Now, my biggest challenge is forgetting about my past life so I can get on with the next big phase of my life” … Look at the past. Be dissatisfied. Being dissatisfied comes first. the trick then is to look to the future with intentions of changing things. The mentally complacent man is drugged by the past. That’s not you, is it, Georgie. Thank you

  20. Joan says:

Hi Rob thanks for this message. I’ve been taking it seriously and really letting it sink in this week. I am a rich and majestic child of infinite intelligence. Just focusing on that one part has had me feeling optimistic all week. It puts me back into the mind of when I was a small child without a care in the world. There was a sense of security and warmth that it conjures. I’m reminded that if I trust in myself every little thing is going to be all right. I get so anxious and knotted up over the tiniest of details. Just trusting myself that I can take care of myself is a great relief for me these days.

    • rob says:

Hi Joan. “I’m reminded that if I trust in myself every little thing is going to be all right” … Tell the truth to yourself. See through myths parading as truth. Be tired of playing games. Now you will trust in yourself, and everything will be all right. you are on your way, Joan. Blessings

  21. SaltySailorMan says:

Hi Robert. Well this certainly puts the wind in one’s sails. I don’t know if its my cup of tea but I like what you are pointing too. I certainly experience feelings of inadequacy and unworthiness. My tendency is to pretend these feelings don’t exist and be stoic. I’ve still got some loosening up to do with my thinking. I have a hard time expressing thr exultant emotions that I am sensing with this affirmation. It is worth pondering. Perhaps my writing and artistic endeavors would have flourished more If I could express myself that freely. You’ve challenged me this week. Thanks

  22. rob says:

Hi Salty. “Well this certainly puts the wind in one’s sails” … indeed, feeling marvelously made can lift one’s spirit, Salty. Using a daily affirmation, and acting as though it is so, can lift one’s psychic spirit. Many folks affirm; few act as though it is so (therein lies the reason why affirmation do not work). Blessings

  23. Dia says:

    Hi Rob,

You know, this quote “I’m destined to win at whatever I set my mind to. I’m worthy of all that is good and beautiful” has become one of my favorite quotes that I keep repeating to myself daily. I keep reminding myself that just like I was able to become friends with my favorite singer and just like I was able to attract the woman of my dreams, I’m able to attract the money I want. I keep reminding myself of the law that says, “as within so without.” Working on my mind is a major goal for me. Thanks for sharing my friend

    • rob says:

hi Dia. You take this stuff seriously. There is no other way to take it. When a true emotion comes, it is genuine love for the ‘authentic you.’ This is the ‘you’ that you are trying to get to. You (like me) buried it deep under a huge pile of childhood NO’s … and only you can resurrect the ‘you’ that you came here to experience. Good job! Thank you

  24. Magic Marc says:

Yeah son yeah. YOu kNOW IM MAGICALLY made and destined to WIN!!! HAHAHA. That shiz is already deep in my essence. I say this stuff everyday in my own way. I kow I GOTZ the Skillz to pay the bills and Millionz more are coming my WAY. One thing I’ve come to understand is that dudes like you and me get rich in because we aint afraid to. So many pickle heads are claiming they want it but we all know they are desperato. You can see the doubt in their eyes and the tremor in their weak ass voices. You got to carry yourself like you already got it. In fact I already feel like a millionaire. Sometimes I got to remind myself that I’m not – thats how much Im FEELIN that shiz. I aint delusional I’m just OBSESSED with it. And whenever I get obsesses I get what I want. In high school I was obsessed with owning the dopest car in the lot. What I do? I busted my BIZALLS until I had the phatest, fastest tricked out Mustang you ever seen! That’s small potatoes compared with what I’m going after now BUT the Feeling is the EXACT same feeling I had then that I have now. I just gots to be coool, stay focused and I’ll be swimming in it like scrooge mcduck before you know what hit. Peace OUT!!!

    • rob says:

Hi Magic. when you speak, I find confusion, but also – gems! “You got to carry yourself like you already got it.” YES, magic, you have to ‘act as though the marvelously made self is already so’. This is the secret to accessing the authentic part of you that is without limit. Nice catch! Thank you

  25. Richard Roma says:

Hi Rob. This is a good one for me. It actually kind of pushes my comfort zone. I tell you I don’t feel “rich and majestic” at ALL most of the time. Just saying those words out loud felt really, really uncomfortable. I had to mutter them softly because I was afraid someone would hear me… seriously! I found it really easy to think about this stuff and be like ya ya I know that already… but when it came time for me to really say it out aloud it was a different story. There were a number of times I just froze up and thought nah this is silly! I finally realized I had to walk my talk and get out of my comfort zone. It’s still tough, but a little more voluble with the mantra day by day.

  26. rob says:

Hi Richard. “This is a good one for me. It actually kind of pushes my comfort zone” … what is right and true does push our comfort zones, Richard. That is until we truly accept it … then it feels marvelously comfortable. You are getting there. thank you

  27. Jk Allen says:

    Rob,

I love the new picture. Very nice!
I read this post and found that it offered me an ultimate understanding of what your philosophy behind Mind Adventure is. I understood the philosophy previously, but this blog post really added concrete words to it.

As this has sat with me over the last few days, what has stood out to me most is: “I am worthy of all that is good and beautiful”.

I understand what this means, for it’s not a complicated statement to understand. But what I wonder, however, is how much I believe this at a subconscious level. While on the outside I feel positive and lively and I do believe that I am worthy of all that is good and beautiful, I have these inner voices that challenge me 24-7.

It’s like the more I leave the old me, the more the voices appear. I don’t think the voices (the negative self-talk) are happening any higher than they ever have. More than anything I thing, I think I’ve become more aware of it.

From your advice, and as silly as it used to feel, I tell my subconscious what I want it to hear. I speak to it with authority and an assuring tone, and consciously, I mean every single word.

What this has done for me is empower me to not feel discouraged every single time the negative self-talk show’s its ugly head “all the time”.

The more I come to learn, the more I realized that I’m barely grazing the surface. I’m dedicated to this; to me, for me, and for the benefit that I’m the best me for not only myself, but for others. Life gets more beautiful by the day.

Thank you Rob. This was more than a post. It was a wonderful experience.

  28. Hi Robert.
I have already read your article twice. I am so excited. I feel changes inside. Of course, i have to do a lot of work to form Ultimate Understanding, but i feel can.
    Thank you.
