I love the word ‘create’. Indeed, it contains powerful electromagnetic vibration. Coincidentally, it contains the same letters as the word’ react’, but what a difference in attitude between those two words.
To create is to move ‘the magnetic motion’ so that you are up front, manipulating the environment and determining the outcome.
To react is to move you behind ‘the magnetic motion’ so that you are manipulated by your environment, just hoping to cope. I know when I am on the wrong end of that stick (the reactive end) – I play the role of helpless victim.
When it comes to money matters, it is important that I see myself as the farmer, planting seed-money and expecting a large harvest. Otherwise, I am the helpless victim that is simply trying to pay the bills and get by.
You see, most folks think money is something that happens to them, they don’t see that it is because of them that they have an abundance of it or a scarce amount of it. The ultimate truth is that you and money are one. There is no separation of anything in the universe. There is just ‘ONENESS’. So, how can you be separate from money?
As long as you think you are separate from money (like it’s way over there and you are here), then you are planting your seed-money in infertile soil. Your field of consciousness is sparse of the rich humus (rich attitude) that you need to attract an abundant crop of money. Really! Take this seriously.
As long as I believe there is plenty of something to go around, I find that I have plenty of it to enjoy … be it love, harmonious relationships, money, etc. Creative expression around money can pull ‘rabbits out of a hat’; money opportunities seem to be everywhere I look. Reactive expression around money has the rabbit run deep in its hole (impossible to find). Being reactive implies that you have no choice in money matters. YOU ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE IN ALL MATTERS.
In short, we act as we have been acted upon. If we learned that money acts shyly around us (runs away – like the rabbit down the hole), then we are shy around money (we run away from it). If that has been your unconscious strategy – it is time for a change. Become conscious of your attitude around money. Be the cause of your money matters. Stand up now and say, “I love money and money loves me” enthusiastically!!!
Imagine all of the good you that can do in the world if you have oodles of money coming in. Create a new relationship with money.
Please tell me how you feel about money right now?
Tell me a short story about how money has been good to you?
Give me a tip on how you’ve learn to love money?
Consider purchasing the book 180 to help you with your money matters?

It can he so hard to see the truth that we can be wealthy when our environment doesn’t validate this. I have actually tapped a check on my wall that I filled out with a large sum of money, that I’m able to accept as feasible, and use this to maintain a money consciousness and positive attitude towered money. This has been helpful and provide a great reinforcement that wealth is in my life. Thanks!
Now, that’s a great tip, Joe. You are helping others who are trying to conquer their money fears when you offer good pragmatic advice like this. Thank you.
Hi Rob,
I love what you said about thinking of ourselves are the farmers in regards to creating money. We are indeed the farmers in this regard. We have to realize that money is GOOD and that we deserve to have any amount we wish to have. Thanks for sharing this Rob.
Indeed, Dia, we are farmers that sow not only money, but we also sow love, service, aid, help. love, praise, and encouragement. Whatever we give we sow … if we take a moment to make a claim for a multiple return. Imagine claiming a multiple of love, service, aid, help, love, praise, and encouragement from the infinite (as you give it to others). What a wonderful world this would be to live in.

I feel money is a product of how valuable you become and how valuable your product becomes. Money comes to those who think wealthy first , feel it as already a reality, expect it from there work, have a vision big enough to satisfy them, then dedicate themselves to a project that can bring it.
If you don’t really have these ideologies pack to a specific knowing, it will be hard to create this type of freedom. As long as you have the feelings that you want to have when you accomplish your goal. Fantastic, financially free of joyful, you pick.
Yes, jonathan, it is the consciousness of prosperity that gives us that reality. it is a shame that so many folks look out at life from a consciousness of scarcity. Thus the recession lingers. Thoughts rule the world. Thank you for the input.
Rob,
I’m drawn to a recent vacation we were on – and where we planted money (more so than we normally would have) in an experience. In the past, my initial thought would have been that “this is too much”. Now however, I see it all very differently. And in that – we planted money into an experience. And in that experience, I have taken more than I ever expected to. Did I leave with more money? No. However, I did leave with knowledge, with the experience, and with a deeper connection to myself. And in all of that – I believe very much that this money I planted did come back to me in other very awesome forms.
Loving these thoughts you are sharing on money…and they really have me thinking more deeply about where I’m at with this…
Lance, I love what you’ve shared … AND … you can receive an abundance of all the beautiful treasures of life PLUS get a multiple return on the money you’ve sown. When I spend money on a great vacation, I still make a claim for a multiple return of MONEY (as well as receiving all the other beautiful invisible treasure I went on the vacation to get: peace of mind, appreciation of the vacation spot, making new friends etc). I find that money comes in multiples, no matter how I spend it (so long as I lay a claim on a multiple return), and the bonus is … I get to sow even more money in beneficial ways as even more money comes to me. It works with good for all concerned. Thank you
Rob,
Our money is the external expression of our self worth. If we feel worthy – we have a lot. If we don’t we have less. If we believe it’s hard to come by – we have less. It’s all just an expression of our beliefs.
I do believe I’m worthy and that it comes to me easily. I always have more than enough to live life abundantly.
The defining moment about money for me came when I started reading some of the New Thought authors such as Ernest Holmes, Emmet Fox and Frances Scovel Shinn. To learn that anything that appears in our lives, including money, is a reflection of our beliefs really blew my mind back then.
It’s been 20 years since I began this journey and every day I’m still learning.
Thank you for another terrific lesson!
I love your attitude of gratitude, Angela. When we go into our day with a grateful attitude, we look at our life from a consciousness of prosperity … and that consciousness sets up an electromagnetic vibration that creates our reality. As I said in above comment to a commenter: THOUGHTS RULE THE WORLD (our world).
Blessings
Money matters can be something I try to stick my head in the sand (like an ostrich) and ignore; hoping things will work out well. It never happens that way. Thanks for reminding me to make friends with money. I need to hear it more than once.
Rob,
I can see big psychological process here, which is how many people have relations with money. Right now, money and I are in peace, or so as I am not seeking it crazily and it comes naturally or enough for us to survive.
Certain aspects we save money and other we spend freely, depending on what is important to us.
Our psychic position toward everything determines how much and how little we have of everything,Preeti, including love, peace of mind, and harmonious relationships with the people in our lives. YES, I have been sticking with the topic of money for a few blogs because money (the scarcity of it) is a big issue in many people’s lives these days. blessings
Rob,
I can see this at work in my own life, as I grow to see myself as worthy of attracting money into my life. I have come to a place where I truly do believe that all I want is on it’s way, I am realizing that I am attracting more abundance.
It really works!
Might I help you with one thing, Jenny? The subconscious level of your mind (which is where your power lays), thinks only in terms of NOWNESS. Think about money as ‘not on its way’ but already here. Yes you know that physically it is not, but when your attitude is ‘YES, IT IS HERE IN MIND AND THEREFORE CANNOT HELP BUT ARRIVE’.. the subconscious jumps on board to make it so.
I think money is a lot like anything else. We must allow and accept life for anything prosperous. Chasing and striving for anything build a sense of failure, but allowing things, even money to come into your life, is creating an opportunity. If we have a willingness of heart and mind we are then guided toward fulfillment, creating happiness, wealth and wholeness.
YES, Sandra, money is like everything else. Money grows on trees. Paper is made from trees. Money is made from paper. Therefore, money is part of nature. Thank you for that tip.
I too am a fan of create.
I like to create space.
I like to create value.
I like to create a bigger playground for everyone to play.
I like to create opportunity.
I think it’s creating value and creating wealth that help counter-act the spiral down of the opposite path.
We are all superlative creators, J.D. Thank you for reminding us of that. Whenever we create value – we receive value – and if we make a claim for a multiple of that value(fully anticipating its arrival)… there it is! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Hey Hey Rob,
What an interesting take on money, I don’t mean to sound all “woo-woo” but i definitely believe in the law of attraction.
If you imagine something, things will sort of fall into your universe. And this is a trend I’ve personally seen in all successful people as well.
My take on money, it all starts in my mind..as you have mentioned.
The moment I started thinking that it’s normal to have 50,000.00 dollars in the bank, it started becoming reality.
I remember a time where I thought 10,000 was ridiculous, but it was only when I started considering it a normal thing… that it became reality.
I’m sure millionaires and billionaires think having 1,000,000 on stand by is a very normal thing…
Hope all is well with you Rob!
Thanks, Parker Lee, for your input on the electromagnetic force of harmonious attraction. Indeed when money feels ‘normal’, you are YES to it and you inviteit tocome and stay. It is certainly a great way to test your power to attract.
Great analogies Rob, you’re a master at these! Money and me have been like estranged partners. Years of mistrusting each other, treating the other one badly and not recognising their true majesty and gifts they hold. We’ve started to date again and it’s going well so far. The passion is coming back and you know what? We may just make it and be together for life. I love my money and money loves to be with me. And they lived happily ever after…Amen!
I love that response, John. You are funny and so clear about understanding the whole ‘money thing’. Thanks for making me laugh.
Rob, my relationship with money has evolved from a very obsessive-compulsive relationship to a really nurturing one. I used to have ambitions to become obscenely rich and perhaps somewhere deep down, I may still wish to pursue that at some point but for now, I have reached a point where I do not worry about money, I enjoy my financial freedom and I am wise about my spending but also feed my passions. I finance my dreams with what I earned doing a hard job for 15 years and I believe I will be fine. Thank you for the thought-provoking post.
Many folks, Farnoosh, have obsessive-compulsive relationships with money. I had one. I like your attitude around money these days (easy). I appreciate your honesty that you may choose to be extravagantly rich some day. I chose that and have achieved it. The money magnifies who you are … so be sure to create yourself to be a nice personality (which you have), before attracting gobs of money. blessings
Personally I think there’s way too much fixation and talk about money which adds to its blown-out-of-proportion mystique. But I believe it doesn’t have to be that complicated. In my life, my relationship to it has been pretty simple: I make it (or some may prefer to say “attract”), I save or invest some of it, I spend a good portion of it and I give away a decent amount of it, all based on my standards, of course.
money, like sex, does become an obsessive disorder of society, Belinda. I agree. At the same time, I believe that money needs to be talked about more. Too many folks have a lot of voodo superstition around money (which is what causes so many money crimes and nasty divorces). Just my opinion. Thank you for your input.
Rob,
I like your comments on the positive feeling you should have toward money. For me it is obviously important, but if I have enough to live my life the way I enjoy and put a little away for savings I am a happy man.
I love what you said about create and react…I never thought about rearranging those letters and the difference in their meaning after you do.
The funny thing is I have no money right now and yet I am unusually happy. I think that also stems from a deep ingrained belief that it is coming to me. I speak in future tense but I also realise that I have it now. Wealth in different forms but the money I know is coming.
Indeed Amit, when the letters of ‘create’ are rearranged, they spell ‘react’, which gives a very different point of view. The mind can be arranged to create or react (and that is up to me and you). Thank you for your comment and your personal ‘take’ on money. blessings.
Hey rob! Love the post, but I’m a bit confused. Is what your saying is that if we see our selves as money we will attract all the money that we desire? Or money is coming from the positive feeling we let out when we think about it?
Nice inquiry, jonathan. What thou see-est. thou be-est. Nothing is separate from anyting else. Separation is illusion (found on this realm of polarity where opposites appear to exist). The rational mind cannot grasp it, but when you focus on money, you vibrate as money vibrates – and at the quantum level, you are ‘one with it’. Therefore you are able to easily attract as much of it as you desire.
Hi Rob, this is tricky. Probably like a lot of people I have a complicated relationship with money. I come from a long line of hoarders! So I have to learn how to be generous and spread and share money as generously as I do smiles and kind words. Yes, better reread that section in the book:) It’s helping though. Thank you!
I, too, came from a bunch of hoarders. It’s fear of money, Annabel, that has us hoard it. Your honesty is vital step one of letting go of that bad habit. Nice job. May I remind you that ‘we cannot love god (circulation) and mammon (hoarding) too. I choose being on the side of god (circulation0 as do you. blessings.
