I met Rob two years ago through a business acquaintance who told me; “You have to meet this guy Rob, he is a high energy business man and spiritual-guy type.” I was immediately skeptical. “Spiritual guy” hmmm… Not my type. read more…

Ahoy SaltySailorMan,
Glad to see you have a format to rant – I think you are a diamond in the rough. Jim needs to take responsibility for his life, good AND bad. Perhaps you can point out all the things he does RIGHT. This may help his confidence.
Cheers!
Welcome aboard, Salty …. you have a lot to offer. This is going to ba a lot of fun (with a lot of wisdom mixed in). You certainly do not have a flighty mind, Salty … you are grounded! THANKS!
Why did I do that to me? Great question to ask when I am feeling sorry for myself. Thanks, Salty.
Hey, it’s not my fault that my friends are always harassing me. I don’t think I have to ask, Why did I do that to me?” They do it to me.
I am always asking myself, “Why do I do that to me?” when I find myself beating myself up over stupid things. It helps me break the habit.
I do a lot of things to myself, that I regret later; like worry about what others think about me, and doing what they think I should do, more than getting ahead in life.
Hey Salty, it is good to hear from you. I always like your down to earth advice, although sometimes you can be a know-it-all … ha ha
Salty loves being a bit salty, Karl … he feels it adds ‘punch’ to his conversation …. right, Salty Sailor Man?
I like flipping the common question “Why did YOU do that to me” to “Why did I do that to me.” It makes me take responsibility for my lfie.
